RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates and finds new commercial opportunities that fall into our wheelhouse. Manages commercial upfit projects and lends architectural knowledge and design background to the team.

EXPERIENCE

Tim has more than 24 years of architectural experience with the last 20 years focusing on commercial buildings with an emphasis on corporate office buildings, mixed-use, mission critical and various interior renovation/new construction projects. His project management responsibilities include the coordination and production of design and construction documents, quality control, code compliance and construction administration.
