What started as a huge open concrete shell was transformed into the delicious Union Special. We added a state-of-the-art Kitchen and Bakery, retail shelving and indoor and outdoor dining areas for guests. The Northgate Group, LLC fabricated the steel table bases with plywood tops, display cases for baked goods and interior windows that allow guest a peak into the bakery.
