Mid Century Hotel Modernized and Renovated in the Heart of Raleigh
The Longleaf Hotel is a 57 key boutique hotel that was complete renovated. The space includes a lobby bar, manager’s office and an outdoor courtyard for guests and locals to enjoy. The renovation process was burdened with decades of neglect and quick fixes that had to be undone. The design team from Maurer Architecture worked throughout the project with owners, Loden Properties, and The Northgate Group, LLC to work within the bones of the building and bring it back to life. More exciting spaces are planned for this location!
