1920s House Converted to an Office Space
Grimwood office space was a home lovingly maintained and restored throughout its life. Loden Properties sought the space for its historic charm and proximity to downtown Raleigh. The Northgate Group, LLC worked to integrate modern office conveniences such as a conference room with Smart TVs, comfortable break room and quiet individual office spaces. Original hardwood floors, trim, doors, and handrails were all restored while updated lighting and furnishings brighten the space.
